1. Digital Products Only

All products available on MatveyTales.com are digital goods (audio and text storybooks).
After a successful payment, the customer receives:

• An instant download link available in their account.

• A copy of the download link sent automatically by email.

No physical items are shipped.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery,
all sales are final.

Once access to the digital content is granted (via email or download link),
the transaction cannot be canceled or refunded, as the product is considered delivered and consumed.

This policy complies with international digital goods standards (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and similar frameworks),
which state that consumers lose the right to withdraw once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Damaged or Inaccessible Files

If you experience issues such as:

• Corrupted, broken, or inaccessible files, or

• Missing download links or failed email delivery,

and we will resend or replace the product at no additional cost.
